Intercultural Competence as a Success Factor for Employer Branding

The Symposium "Intercultural Competence as a Success Factor for Employer Branding" organised by the Fachhochschule Salzburg GmbH (Salzburg University of Applied Sciences) in cooperation with the BundesDekaneKonferenz Wirtschaftswissenschaften and generous support from the Salzburg Chamber of Commerce (WKS) was successfully held on 03 May 2011 at the Fachhochschule Salzburg, Campus Urstein.


Attended by around 40 participants, the discussions and workshops focused on intercultural competence in the context of employer branding, not only for enterprises but also for universities. Feedback on the SKILL2E concept was very positive, well received, and offered enterprises and universities the opportunity to join as associate partners.
