The Salzburg University of Applied Sciences (FHS) offers interdisciplinary bachelor and master programmes geared to the needs of the labour market in several innovation-oriented areas. FHS actively participates in the European Higher Education Area and the international scientific community.

FHS takes the lead in the management, quality assurance and dissemination work packages, thus providing partners with an appropriate infrastructure and adequate procedures to ascertain the high-quality of the intended overall project outcome and specific deliverables. 

The University of Alicante is an innovative university that actively participates in the European Higher Education Area, and in numerous exchange programmes to assure and increase its academic quality.

The UA will lead a project where the main objective is to develop a training concept suited to sensitise students towards intercultural issues so that they can maximise skill / gain aquisition in their transnational placements.

Arcada is a university of applied sciences in Helsinki, Finland. Arcada is joining the project as a partner and will be providing a work package whose objectives are to design and coordinate the trial implementation of an enterprise's cultural mentoring concept with the aim to best utilize the potential of culturally diverse placement students in the short run and employees in general on the long run.

Mugla University, located in Turkey's Mugla Province, is a comprehensive public university that applies the universal principles of science and education and is committed to reaching international standards and playing an important role in the international exchange of knowledge and academic ideas. Mugla University cooperates in all necessary SKILL2E project phases, meetings, workshops and takes the lead in the Intercultural Competence Assessment workpackage.

The Southampton SOLENT University is a partner whose mission is the "pursuit of the inclusive and flexible forms of Higher Education which meet the needs of employers and prepare students to succeed in a fast-changing competitive world."

SSU will be responsible for the quality assurance and evaluation in the context of the work packages. It will take the lead in the evaluation model workpackage and validate the training concepts and the skills acquisition process supported in two of the other workpackages.

The Politehnica University of Timisoara in Romania is one of the largest technical universities of Central and Eastern Europe. The university has established a number of centres, such as the Multimedia Centre, the Centre for Learning Technologies, the Regional Centre for Distance Education. 

UPT through its Distance Education Study Center (CSID) will be involved in the SKILL2E project mainly leading the Enterprise Handbook work package, in which enterprises will be provided with the cultural mentoring concept and best practice /critical incidents examples for dealing with international placement students with respect to intercultural sensitive issues in the workplace.

The Zicklin School of Business is the largest AACSB-accredited business school in the U.S. It offers nationally ranked undergraduate, part time and full time MBA programs, as well accelerated MBA, specialized Masters, and PhD programs.

The Zicklin School of Business provides valuable expertise through their Professor Banai’s long-standing experience for the validation of the SKILL2E approach. Professor Banai’s extensive teaching experience in many countries and cultures, especially in the field of business negotiations, is a major resource here as well as his research activities.
