SKILL2E
SKILL2E is a Lifelong Learning Project cooperation between six academic partners and four enterprises from Europe complemented by the expertise of the Zicklin School of Business in New York and a US-based consultancy. The project is funded by the European Commission for Education and Training and coordinated by the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences in Austria.
The project was initiated based on the need for universities and enterprises to integrate education and workplace demands. Its aim is to turn the experience of students in transnational work placements into a sustainable competence gain by providing pre-departure training, an opportunity for reflection in an online communication scenario and on-site cultural mentoring in the enterprises.
